I had bought the Verbatim SD card for my mp3 player and when I put it in my mp3 player was always freezing.

The exact same thing happened to me as the previous reviewer. I ordered the Verbatim HCHD 32G card because in the review it said it was a class 10. I received a class 4 card when I received my order. I called and the representative said it was a class 4 that I ordered. So I checked online and it does say in the description " class 10". So I am returning all 4 that I have ordered. I just checked again and the description has been changed to class 4. Maybe it took two of us returning the item for OFFFICE MAXX to update the description. I am happy that it has been updated so nobody else has to go through what the first reviewer and I have had to.
One more thing the representative I spoke with was very polite and did set up everything to return the cards. At least customer service was very professional.

The discription of this card says it is a class 10 memory card but when we received it the card and package that it come in clearly called it a class 4. Looking closely at the picture on line it says class 4 not 10. We are taking this back and will not trust as easily again. Must look closely.
